StatueFest performances, live and virtual, have shared monologues of 25 women who deserve to be put upon a pedestal. Our performances, in person and on Zoom, have drawn exuberant audiences and people of all backgrounds.

with outdoor performances about statueworthy women
to Put A Woman on A Pedestal in the Connie Gretz Secret Garden at Snug Harbor Cultural Center.

With monologues about
Pioneering photographer Alice Austen written by Fengar Gael, performed by Bekka Lindstrom,
Harlem Renaissance sculptor and educator Augusta Savage, written and performed by Renee' Flemings,
Activist and community builder for Puerto Rican youth in NYC, Antonia Pantoja, written and performed by Janis Astor del Valle
